Shipment Timeline

Orders for in-stock contact lenses will be shipped on the same or the following business day after the order is placed.

For custom orders with more complex prescriptions (toric or multifocal lenses), they will need to be ordered from the manufacturer and the time frame varies between 3-5 business days. Once received, the order will be shipped within 1-2 business days with the shipping method of your choice.

Depending on the order and shipping address, express shipping options may also be available.
